Buy expensive books that you promise you'll read but never do.

Buy lots of chips. Anything that is "too" something. Too salty, too sweet, too fatty.

Don't drink much water.

Sleep at ungodly hours, but make sure to stay up doing the most useless things. This helps when you are in need of reasons to hate yourself and yell, "Why, lord, whyee!"

Every now and then, don't actually eat a meal all day. Do this until you get a hunger headache and take a Tylenol.

Save every important task for the next day. You never run out of those.

Spend at least a few days being anti-social and holing yourself up in your room with the shades drawn.

Be a little cantankerous - mostly because I wanted to say cantankerous.

Take everything out of its place and attempt to organize before you have semi-sorted piles in your small room.
